Kaohsiung event, Loves Children Happiness Festival of Eden: Parents and Children had great fun in Weiwuying

"Love Children Happiness Festival" of Eden Foundation in Kaohsiung took place on 24th, May at the Weiwuying Banyan Tree Square! The event will feature over 30 booths, ranging from traditional games like pinball machines and claw machines to delicious snacks that will make your mouth water, as well as the "Little Boss Bazaar", where children with special needs can experience being their own boss. The event also offers special child development consultation services to support parents and children in growing up happily and smoothly.

YOYO Family star, Tomato sang and danced with the children from the audience.

In addition to fun and meaningful booths, the event also invited children's favorite performance groups, including "Hsin-Chih Hsieh's Love Singing Children Party", "MAGU MAKU Creative Theater Group" and "YOYO Family Stars" to sing and dance together, creating an energetic atmosphere that thrilled the entire crowd. Additionally, the mascot performer of Kaohsiung METRO Stationmaster - adorable orange tabby "Big Mikan" made a surprise appearance, posing for photos with the children and giving them loving hugs, bringing plenty of surprises.

Ms. Gloria Chang, Vice CEO of Eden presented certificates of gratitude to thank Kaohsiung corporations for their support.

This year's event featured two highlights: first, the carefully designed "Courageous Hug" word-collecting challenge game. Young children who completed three challenges of the "development screenings" and "disability experiences" could receive a small gift, achieving an educational and entertaining effect. The other highlight was the whimsical "Little Boss Bazaar", where children with developmental delays transformed into stall owners. Through interactions with customers, they practiced their communication skills and gradually built confidence. This realistic and fun occupational experience became a cherished memory for both children and parents.

On-site child development consultation services were also arranged.

Among the stall owners, a little boss wearing a headscarf and enthusiastically shouting, "Come on, come and buy!" caught everyone's attention. He is "Niu Niu", a slow-flying angel from the Fengshan Early Intervention Center. Born with oxygen deprivation due to unknown causes, which affected his brain development, he experienced developmental delays in gross motor skills, language, cognition, and physical abilities. Additionally, due to insufficient core muscle strength, he was still unable to walk properly by the age of two and a half. However, after two years of "early intervention service", Niu Niu can now walk steadily with the assistance of a walker, keeping pace with his classmates.

Niu Niu's mother brought homemade bibs for sale. She expressed her gratitude, saying: "My child's physical and verbal abilities have improved significantly. No matter how hard it is, it's all worth it." Six slow-flying angels participated in the "Little Boss Bazaar" during this event. Staff members shared that the purpose of designing such an activity was to stimulate the children's inner potential through role-playing and practical interaction, encourage them to try new things and be hands-on, then gradually enhance their independence also self-confidence.

Hsin-Chih Hsieh's Love Singing Children Party brought the energy to a fever pitch
