In order to encourage public and private organizations to actively employ persons with disabilities and to create a friendly workplace, the Ministry of Labor organizes the “The Golden Wingspan Award” every year to recognize outstanding organizations. This year, Digital Information Key-in Sheltered Workshop of Eden Social Welfare Foundation, which has demonstrated its innovative energy in the introduction of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) data labeling operations, and has effectively enhanced the self-worth and identity of persons with disabilities, has been awarded the Merit Prize in the “Innovative Services Category”. At the awarding ceremony, Mr. Jacky Chen, Director General of Sheltered Workplace Division, received the award on behalf of Eden.

Jacky Chen indicated that Eden's Digital Information Key-In Sheltered Workshop has been committed to providing sheltered employees with “digital data construction” capabilities since 2009, assisting them to engage in “computer information key-in” and “document processing and archiving”, etc. However, in response to the rapid changes of the times, Eden sees the trend of Artificial Intelligence (AI) data labeling in the digital flood. 

Through AI data labeling training, sheltered employee can learn new skills and integrate with the society.
