In order to let persons with visually impaired have the opportunity to get in touch with the Gospel and to receive God's love, the Joy Communication Center of Eden Foundation has organized the "Eye Gathering" every Wednesday starting from January this year in the hope that persons with visually impaired can gain confidence and strength from the Gospel. Today on 26th of July, Ms. Suk-Mui Tse from Hong Kong, who has been a loyal fan of Eden’s Joy Choir and Grace Choir for 23 years, came to Taiwan to share her life testimony and to realize her dream of playing flute with her idol together.

Suk-Mui, with her fingertips gliding over the keys of the flute, confidently played with the flutist of the Grace Choir. She is 38 years old, and has been born blind, but she has a keen sense of hearing and concentration.  She was encouraged by her parents to learn piano and flute since childhood. When she was 15 years old, she met members of Eden’s Joy Choir by chance at a Christmas party and left her contact information, and began to be online friends, sharing each other's lives. 8 years ago, after listening to Eden Joy Choir's hymn "Seeing the Unseen", she realized that "be blind" is a gift from God, and need to learn to accept it and move forward with God bravely and diligently.

Ms. Suk-Mui Tse from Hong Kong, who has been a loyal fan of Eden’s Joy Choir and Grace Choir for 23 years, came to Taiwan to share her life testimony andhoping that her own story can help more persons visually impaired to realize the value of a good life.

"I love Eden's hymns are always full of vitality which show me that I can influence life with life." Suk-Mui mentioned that although there were many difficulties that she had to overcome in her growing up process, such as having to memorize the melody of a song due to the small amount of braille sheet music or being able to go out on her own with the help of a walking stick after finished the orientation and mobility training. Yet with the support of her family and friends in the Lord, she was able to turn all these difficulties into joyful strengths. In the future, she hopes to share what she has learned and what she wants to share with those who need it and to realize the good value of life. From attending online Eye Gatherings on every Wednesday to attending physical fellowships in Taiwan, she shares God's guidance and testimonies then thanks the brothers and sisters of the church for their companionship and interactions during the worships. She emphasized that God makes all things work together, and if the persons with visually impaired can experience God's guidance together, they will carry God's blessings into the community and help more needy brothers and sisters to live a life of grace.

Mr. Chi-Wu Lee, Director of Eden’s Joy Communication Center, mentioned about Philippians 2:1~2 of the Bible as " Therefore if there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion, make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose." Hence it is hoped that through the Eye Gathering, persons with visually impaired can gain the power of peer companionship, grow up together, share the pain and joy, ordinary people and persons with visually impaired to serve God together, and help persons with visually impaired to get close to God, so that the persons with visually impaired can have the guidance from God on the path of darkness, and face up to the sufferings of life with a smiling face.

Today on 26th of July, Eden’s Joy Communication Center organized the Eye Gathering for persons visually impaired to meet each other through love and to gain confidence and strength from the Gospel.
