The aim is to hold a global practical seminars and workshops to improve communication and collaboration between domestic and international social welfare-related organizations. Keeping in mind that one of the underprivileged groups that is particularly prone to bullying and violence in schools is children with disabilities. They could result from peers bullying occurs at school because of discrimination, if parents and teachers are often unaware of disabilities and cannot step in to offer assistance, it makes it more difficult to fully realize a person's right to an education, and it worsens the situation that children with disabilities face in the classroom.

We have been intending host a half-day dialogue forum when Australian faculty and students from the University of Wollongong's Department of Social Work are visiting Taiwan which will increase Taiwan's creativity in service models for individuals with disabilities, to gain knowledge of the most recent foreign service models. Moreover, to have dialogue and exchange between academic and professional employees from the home and abroad, boost collaboration and links with local and international institutions and colleges, allowing international visitors to understand the issues and difficulties faced by direct service providers for individuals with disabilities in Taiwan can help them identify issues that have a local solution.
