Mom finds a home for you

Every morning, mom carries a physical disabled child on her back to school. Once she gets to school, she stays with the child, whom she feeds and accompanies to the toilet. After school is over, she carry the child on her back to the clinic furthering for the acupuncture therapy. For over 20 years, this is what Shouran’s mother did day after day, rain or shine.

In-home Therapy by Occupational Therapists for Slow-Flying Angles

Some parents living in the rural areas have to take a day off from work to take their Slow-Flying Angles to the therapy centers. On the day, the parents not only cannot make money but also have to commuting expenses; therefore, it decreases the therapy times of those Angles.

Understanding Dementia in Taiwan | Eden Social Welfare Foundation

Statistics from the Executive Yuan, Taiwan, have shown that in 2018, there are almost 280,000 people suffering from dementia in Taiwan, which means you will find one person in every 84 suffering from the disease. Furthermore, it has been estimated that by 2033, there would be 460,000 people with dementia in Taiwan.
