The signing of the ECFA between Taiwan and Mainland China has opened direct transport links, and facilitated exchange activities. In 2010, the Eden Social Welfare Foundation established a Cross-Straits Affairs Platform, in order to integrate our service resources in Mainland China, and facilitate more intimate exchanges with the Chinese government, academic institutions and social groups. To date, the Foundation has received 100 high-level delegations and academic institutions from the central government and associations for the disabled from the provinces to observe our activities.
