Passing off for "2021 International Seminar on Employment Rights of Persons with Disabilities in a Crisis of COVID-19 Pandemic”

On Friday (August 13th), Eden Social Welfare Foundation held the "2021 International Seminar on Employment Rights of Persons with Disabilities in a Crisis of COVID-19 Pandemic".
▫
This online Seminar had attracted more than 160 participants from around the world. It had speakers from more than five countries to share stories, insights, and approaches, etc. on how to promote the employment rights of persons with disabilities, especially during the pandemic.

▫
We had government entities like the Skill Development Department of the Ministry of Labor of Thailand as well as the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor of Taiwan to share the current employment situation of the persons with disabilities during the epidemic and the practice of relief programs.
▫▫
We also had private sectors such as The Association of Thai Parents of Persons with Autism, Ray Social Enterprise Company Limited, Vulcan Coalition, Sandwishes Studio, and Eden to talk about how to ensure persons with disabilities employment opportunities, as well as how to guarantee them.

It is because of the pandemic, we can only meet virtually; yet, it is also because of the pandemic, we will grow stronger together and eventually overcome all difficulties.
▫
The Seminar had come to an end, but all of our dedications to improving the employment rights of persons with disabilities will keep expanding.
▫
Stay tuned for more details about the Seminar!
