To promote the employment rights of persons with disabilities, Eden Social Welfare Foundation is holding the 2021 International Seminar on Employment Rights of Persons with Disabilities in a Crisis of COVID-19 Pandemic. Eden is pleased to invite five Non-Profit Organizations from India, Cambodia, the Philippines, and Nepal to share their precious experience in promoting employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. Furthermore, Eden invites the representative of Department of Skill development, Ministry of Labor (Thailand), as well as the Employment Assistance for People with Disabilities and Disadvantages Division, Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor (Taiwan) to present the current policies and situations regarding employment of persons with disabilities during the pandemic.
We are honored to have the Chairperson of Autistic Thai Foundation (Thailand) as one of our keynote speakers to shine their insights on promoting the arts of persons with disabilities. They will exchange experience via air with Eden’s Visual Impairment Service Division, which has been severely affected by the pandemic.
We look forward to raising awareness of the employment rights of persons with disabilities in Taiwan through this dialogue between practitioners from the groups of persons with disabilities, academia, and government entities. The rights and the welfare of the persons with disabilities will be fully aware and well implemented.
