International Campaign to Ban Landmines(ICBL)

The ICBL, founded in1992 and a co-laureate of 1997 Nobel Peace Prize, is a network of more than 1,400 groups in over 90 countries. It calls for a worldwide ban on the use, production, stockpiling, and transfer of antipersonnel landmines. Eden joined ICBL in 1997 and has been advocating mine-ban issues in Taiwan ever since. In 2012, Eden attended the Twelfth Meeting of the States Parties to the Antipersonnel Mine Ban Convention and celebrated the 25th Anniversary of the ICBL with campaigners around the world.
